India, July 2 -- KPI Green Energy Limited announced on Wednesday the incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) aimed at expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that the newly formed entity, named KPIN Clean Power Three LLP, was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on July 2, 2025.
The SPV will focus on generating, developing, transforming, distributing, transmitting, and selling power or electrical energy derived from renewable sources such as wind and solar energy.
