India, Oct. 10 -- Kolte-Patil Developers Limited a leading Pune-based real estate company with a presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has announced the acquisition of a 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, Pune. The project, with an estimated saleable area of around 1.9 million sq. ft., carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,400 crore.
Located near premium neighborhoods such as Bavdhan and Kothrud, the site offers excellent connectivity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Shivaji Nagar Railway Station.
