India, Sept. 8 -- Kings Infra Ventures Ltd. and Sri Aqua Seafoods have agreed to use September 30, 2025, as the cutoff date for closing balance sheets to finalize the valuation of Kings Infra's proposed acquisition of Sri Aqua Seafoods.
Even before the deal is formally closed, both companies have begun collaborating to accelerate integration and build a strategic roadmap for future growth. The partnership is focused on strengthening leadership in sustainable aquaculture, onboarding new farms to secure raw material supply, and leveraging combined processing and distribution strengths to expand scale and efficiency.
