India, June 26 -- Keerthi Industries Limited said in a filing to BSE that 182nd meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2.00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Plot No. 40, IDA, Balanagar, Hyderabad inter-alia to alter the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company by adding new clause after the existing clauses.
