India, Dec. 4 -- Josts Engineering Company Ltd has received a purchase order worth Rs 5,62,71,280 from North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL). The order, dated December 2 and received by the company on December 3, pertains to the design, assembly, testing and supply of three Cable Fault Locator Vans equipped with portable generators.
The order is to be executed within five months from the issuance of the purchase order.
According to a regulatory filing, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, and neither the promoter group nor related companies have any interest in the awarding organisation. The transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
