India, Sept. 9 -- Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) on Tuesday announced a sharp reduction in vehicle prices, passing on the benefit of the recent GST rate cut to customers. Prices have been lowered by Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 30.4 lakh across the Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery line-ups, effective immediately.
"The GST rationalisation on luxury vehicles is a welcome move for both customers and the industry. It will provide the much-needed impetus and reinforces our confidence in India's luxury market," said Rajan Amba, Managing Director, JLR India.
