India, April 22 -- Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 18th April, 2019 commenced at 5.00 PM and concluded at 6.30 PM, have considered and recommended a Dividend @ 50 per cent i.e. Rs 2.50 per share (on fully paid up equity share of Rs 5/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2019.
