India, Oct. 28 -- Jash Engineering Limited announced that its UK-based subsidiary, Waterfront Fluid Controls Limited, has entered into an agreement/Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Penstocks (UK) Limited, located in Leicestershire, UK.
The acquisition is subject to due diligence, which is expected to be completed in the coming weeks, following which the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) is likely to be finalized within November 2025.
Upon completion, Waterfront Fluid Controls will acquire a small manufacturing facility in the Midlands, along with special penstock designs, an existing client base, and access to a framework agreement with a UK water utility company.
