India, May 26 -- Lenders of Jaiprakash Associates have approved a cash outflow of Rs 936.27 crore for the April–June 2025 quarter, aimed at supporting the company's operations and maintaining it as a going concern amid ongoing insolvency proceedings.
In a regulatory filing on Saturday, the company stated that the Committee of Creditors (CoC) sanctioned the budgeted outflows for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
Additionally, Jaiprakash Associates disclosed that the Enforcement Directorate conducted searches on May 23, and the company is fully cooperating with the investigation.
