India, July 18 -- Intellect Design Arena Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated July 16, 2019 has approved the allotment of 3,000 shares.
As per the company the shares have been allotted as to One associate under ASOP 2003 Scheme, the allotment of 16,100 shares to Six associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme, the allotment of 37,5S0 shares to Five associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme and the allotment of 700 shares to Two associates under ISOP 2016 Scheme on July 17, 2019.
