India, July 23 -- Inox Wind Limited (IWL), a leading provider of wind energy solutions in India, has announced that it has secured a 51 MW order from First Energy Private Limited (FEPL), a Thermax Group company and a prominent player in the renewable energy space catering to the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
This marks the first order from FEPL to Inox Wind and involves the supply of IWL's advanced 3 MW class wind turbines, featuring a 140-meter hub height and a 145-meter rotor diameter. The turbines will be installed at FEPL's project site in Tamil Nadu, which is being developed through its special purpose vehicle (SPV), First Energy 10 Private Limited.
