India, Feb. 12 -- Indigrid Technology on Thursday said it has raised Rs 40 crore in additional funding, completing the final close of its extended Series A round at Rs 75 crore.
The funding round was led by Cactus Partners and Valour Capital, with participation from ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Vimson Group, and Global South Capital.
The Gurugram-based company will use the fresh funds to expand capacity at its manufacturing facilities in Manesar and Goa. The capital will also support strengthening technology and process capabilities, as well as exploring strategic acquisitions to expand its presence in key electronics segments.
