India, Dec. 9 -- India Post has inaugurated Kerala's first Gen-Z themed post office extension counter at CMS College in Kottayam, offering a modern and student-friendly approach to postal services. The facility was inaugurated by N.R. Giri, Director Postal Services (Kerala Central Region).
Developed with the concept "of the students, by the students, for the students," the space was co-created by CMS College students in collaboration with India Post officials, blending creativity, sustainability and service.
The extension counter features nature-themed seating, refurbished tyre furniture, a work-friendly ledge with charging ports, a community corner with books and board games, and a quiet reading nook. It houses a fully equipped MPCM book...
