India, Sept. 11 -- Mauritian Prime Minister Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam concluded a State Visit to India at the invitation of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, during which both leaders held extensive discussions on a broad range of bilateral issues. Following these talks, India and Mauritius agreed in principle to jointly implement several key projects aimed at boosting healthcare, infrastructure and strategic cooperation between the two nations.

Under the grant component, the package includes the construction of the new Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam National Hospital, the establishment of an AYUSH Centre of Excellence, creation of a Veterinary School and Animal Hospital, and the provision of helicopters to Mauritius. These initiatives are ex...
