India, Dec. 31 -- IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has informed that it has received a demand notice under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, from the office of the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Ghaziabad Sector-4, Uttar Pradesh.
The demand notice, dated and received on December 30, 2025, pertains to an outstanding GST liability for the financial year 2021–22. The total amount demanded, including applicable interest and penalty, aggregates to Rs 1,77,07,511.
