India, May 4 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.90 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.81 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 0.97 per cent at Rs 37.96 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.36 per cent to Rs 35.71 crore from Rs 36.95 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 29.56 per cent at Rs 2.86 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.06 crore).
