India, Dec. 29 -- Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited (HFL) has informed the exchanges that the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Government of India, has assigned the additional charge of Managing Director of the company to Sangram Kumar Mishra, Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL).
The assignment has been made vide an order dated December 29, 2025, and is effective from October 8, 2025. Shri Mishra will hold the additional charge until the closure of HFL, or until his superannuation on June 30, 2030, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
