India, Dec. 1 -- Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL), a global leader in speciality chemicals and advanced carbon materials, has successfully completed its first-ever export shipment of liquid coal tar pitch to the Middle East from its New Mangalore Port terminal—a key milestone for both the company and India's expanding role in the global carbon materials market.
The shipment comprised 3,600 tonnes of liquid coal tar pitch, showcasing Himadri's strong operational capabilities and supply-chain resilience. With this western corridor now active—alongside its established terminal at Haldia—the company has strengthened its ability to serve major international markets, particularly the Middle East and the Americas.
