India, July 18 -- Hexaware Technologies Limited, along with its wholly owned subsidiary, has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity in the target entities—SMC Squared, LLC, Tech SMC Squared India Private Limited, and Tech SMCSquared (GCC) India Private Limited.
The acquisition has been finalized in accordance with the terms outlined in the definitive agreements, as previously communicated.
