India, July 22 -- HDFC Securities on Monday introduced its Margin Trading Facility (MTF) for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), enabling investors to leverage up to four times their capital through its InvestRight and HDFC SKY platforms.
The new offering includes 74 ETF schemes spanning major indices, sectors, commodities, and global themes, with funding available at competitive daily interest rates.
According to the company's statement, the minimum margin requirement begins at 25% and can go up to 40%, depending on the specific ETF scheme. A dedicated section on the platforms also allows users to monitor their MTF positions in real time.
