India, May 13 -- HDFC Housing Opportunities Fund has announced change in investment factsheets and fund flash for the month ended April 30, 2025.
As on Apr 30, 2025, the total size of the Fund was Rs 1,279.29 crores, compared with Rs 1,257.48 crores in the last month. The Fund's NAV per unit was Rs 21.54 for Growth, while 52-Week High and Low ranges were Rs 24.67 and Rs 18.90 respectively.
The Equity - Diversified fund with Growth plan was launched on Nov 16, 2017 and managed by Fund Manager Srinivasan Ramamurthy.
The top five companies based on a percentage of total holdings were ICICI Bank Ltd. (128.43 Cr.), HDFC Bank Ltd. (127.05 Cr.), Larsen and Toubro Ltd. (96.89 Cr.), Ambuja Cements Ltd. (86.35 Cr.) and NTPC Limited (85.09 Cr.).
