India, June 19 -- HDFC Bank announced on Wednesday that its Chief Human Resource Officer, Vinay Razdan, has stepped down from his role.
In a regulatory filing, the bank stated that Razdan's resignation has been accepted and will be effective from the close of business hours on June 18, 2025.
The bank did not provide any specific reason for his departure.
