India, Dec. 19 -- IT services company HCL Technologies (HCLTech) on Thursday announced the acquisition of the Telco Solutions Business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for a total consideration of up to USD 160 million.
The purchase price includes USD 15 million in performance-linked incentives tied to FY25.
According to the company, the acquisition will further strengthen HCLTech's engineering and AI-led network offerings for global communication service providers, enhancing its capabilities in the telecom solutions space.
