India, Aug. 19 -- Gujarat Cotex Limited said in a filing to BSE that the register of members and share transfer books shall remain close from September 07, 2019 to September 12, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 12, 2019.
The company said that the members holding shares as on 06/09/2019 (Cut-off date) shall be entitled to cast vote at Annual General Meeting.
The company further stated that the e-voting shall commence at 09.00 am on September 09, 2019 and ends at 05.00 pm on September 11, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 12, 2019.
