India, Dec. 26 -- GPT Infraprojects Limited has appointed MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as its Investor Relations Agency to provide investor relations advisory services, effective January 1, 2026.
The appointment is aimed at strengthening investor communication, enhancing transparency, and improving the company's visibility in the capital markets, the company said in a regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In line with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the company has also designated ir@gptgroup.co.in
