India, July 29 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.30 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.71 per cent at Rs 69.44 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.49 per cent to Rs 64.51 crore from Rs 53.99 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
