India, March 10 -- Gold prices declined for the third consecutive session, falling by Rs 150 to Rs 88,750 per 10 grams in the national capital on Monday, tracking a weak trend in the global markets, as per the All India Sarafa Association.
The price of 99.9% pure gold had settled at Rs 88,900 per 10 grams on Friday. Meanwhile, gold of 99.5% purity also dropped by Rs 150, reaching Rs 88,350 per 10 grams from the previous close of Rs 88,500 per 10 grams.
