India, Nov. 20 -- Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), one of India's top real estate developers, has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru, adding Rs 2,400 crore in revenue potential and nearly 2 million sq. ft. of development capacity. With this, the company plans to build a large premium residential community across an integrated ~30-acre project, with an estimated total revenue potential of Rs 3,500 crore and around 3 million sq. ft. of developable area.
