(GPL), one of India's leading real estate developers, has announced a blockbuster launch of its latest residential project, Barca @ Godrej MSR City, in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The company recorded sales worth over Rs 2,000 crore during the launch phase in April 2025, marking it as the most successful launch to date in the North Bengaluru micro-market in terms of both value and volume.
With a total development potential of approximately 5.6 million square feet, Godrej MSR City stands as one of GPL's largest residential undertakings. A significant portion of inventory remains unlaunched, which the company plans to release in subsequent phases, strengthening its presence in the Bengaluru market.
