India, March 13 -- Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced its entry into Coimbatore with the outright purchase of a ~44-acre land parcel to develop a premium plotted residential project.
The proposed development will have a developable potential of around 1.1 million sq. ft. with an estimated revenue potential of about ?450 crore. The project will feature a well-planned residential layout with modern infrastructure, landscaped open spaces, and community amenities, in line with GPL's design and sustainability philosophy.
The land parcel is located in South Coimbatore, one of the city's prominent residential micro-markets, and is situated close to the Coimbatore Golf Club.
