India, Jan. 30 -- Real estate major Godrej Properties Ltd on Friday announced the acquisition of an 8.5-acre land parcel in Mahalunge, Pune, for the development of a residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore.
In a regulatory filing, the company said the land was acquired through an outright purchase. The proposed development will primarily comprise group housing and is expected to offer a developable area of around 2.1 million square feet.
The project aligns with Godrej Properties' strategy of expanding its residential footprint in key urban markets with strong demand fundamentals.
