India, July 18 -- Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), one of India's leading real estate developers, has announced the outright acquisition of approximately 48 acres of land in the rapidly developing micro-market of Doddaballapur, North Bengaluru. This strategic move further strengthens GPL's presence in the region.
The newly acquired land is situated near the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), a location with high development potential. The planned project will primarily consist of plotted developments, with an estimated development potential of around 1.1 million square feet.
