India, Aug. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.20 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.08 per cent at Rs 23.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.85 per cent to Rs 20.91 crore from Rs 28.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 98.70 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.77 crore).
