India, March 10 -- Glenmark Pharmaceuticals announced on Monday the launch of its over-the-counter (OTC) constipation treatment, polyethylene glycol 3350, powder for solution, in the US market.
According to a company statement, Glenmark Therapeutics Inc., USA (Glenmark) has introduced polyethylene glycol 3350 in a 17-gram-per-capful strength.
The product is comparable to the active ingredient found in MiraLAX powder for solution (17 grams) by Bayer HealthCare LLC, the company added.
