India, April 17 -- Embassy Office Parks REIT said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/04/2019.
The Meeting of the Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, the Investment Manager of Embassy Office Parks REIT will be held on Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019 inter-alia to consider the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis by the Embassy Office Parks REIT.
