India, July 16 -- EID Parry (India) Limited said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 to inter- alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
The company further informed that the Board will also be considering the proposal to raise Rs. 100 crs by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis in one and more tranches at this meeting.
