India, Oct. 6 -- Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, a leading hotel operations and management company, has successfully raised Rs 19.57 crore through a rights issue, which was oversubscribed 1.6 times, reflecting strong shareholder confidence in the company's vision to achieve 5,000 hotel keys by FY2030.
The rights issue, offered in a 1:4 ratio at Rs 15.2 per share with a first call of Rs 3.8 per share, received 2,01,78,312 bids against the issue size of 1,28,76,808 shares. The issue witnessed participation from promoters, senior management, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors, highlighting Eco Hotels' resilient fundamentals and growing presence in the hospitality sector.
