India, Aug. 19 -- EaseMyTrip, one of India's leading travel-tech platforms, has deepened its collaboration with MoEngage, a Customer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP), to enhance its marketing capabilities and boost customer retention. The move is aimed at increasing customer lifetime value through highly personalized, real-time engagement.
With a global customer base of over 30 million, EaseMyTrip plans to shift from broad-based digital communication to one-to-one traveler engagement at scale. By integrating MoEngage's platform, the company will unify customer data from multiple sources to build a 360-degree view of each traveler, enabling cross-channel personalization.
