India, July 31 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.31 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.28 per cent at Rs 93.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.06 per cent to Rs 88.38 crore from Rs 81.04 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.23 crore).
