India, Oct. 14 -- The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) on Monday launched PM GatiShakti – Offshore, a digital platform designed for the integrated planning and management of offshore projects such as wind farms, marine resource exploration, and coastal infrastructure development.
The platform offers a unified geospatial interface that brings together key data sets from multiple government ministries and departments, enabling data-driven decision-making for various offshore initiatives.
According to the DPIIT, the initiative aims to boost India's Blue Economy and accelerate the country's transition toward green energy and sustainable coastal development.
