India, July 9 -- Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd has announced the incorporation of a new joint venture company, Lightanium Technologies Private Limited, in partnership with Signify Innovations India Ltd. The joint venture aims to expand Dixon's presence in the lighting products manufacturing segment in India.
Lightanium was officially incorporated on June 26, 2025, and is set to operate as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of lighting products and accessories. Dixon Technologies has subscribed to 25,00,000 equity shares at face value of ?10 each, amounting to a total cash investment of ?2.5 crore, representing 50% ownership in the joint venture.
