India, April 18 -- Devoted Construction Ltd on Thursday said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on Thursday ,18 April, 2019 has decided to appoint Gaurav Bohra as Managing Director cum chief Financial officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f 1st April, 2019.
