India, July 31 -- In a historic stride towards India's clean energy future, the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, today commissioned the country's first Make-in-India 1 Megawatt Green Hydrogen Plant. The pioneering facility was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, in the august presence of Hon'ble Minister of State, Shri Shantanu Thakur; Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Shri T.K. Ramachandran, IAS; Chairman, DPA, Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, IRSME; along with senior officials from the Port and L&T.
