India, March 4 -- Cyient Limited, a global intelligent engineering solutions and services company, has announced key leadership changes as part of its strategy to drive the next phase of organizational growth and operational excellence. Prabhakar Atla will take over as Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Shrinivas Kulkarni has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Both appointments will be effective April 1, 2026.
