India, Oct. 7 -- Cryogenic OGS Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Advanced Sys-Tek Ltd for the supply of Terminal Automation Products and spares, in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 (Regulation 30 and Schedule III Part A).
The total order value is Rs 97,87,600, split into Phase 1: Rs 75,71,800 and Phase 2: Rs 22,15,800, excluding GST. The contract is domestic and is expected to be executed within 8–12 weeks.
The company has confirmed that none of the promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Advanced Sys-Tek Ltd, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction, being conducted at arm's length.
