India, Sept. 5 -- Crude oil futures declined Rs 11 to Rs 5,600 per barrel on Friday as traders cut positions amid sluggish spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, September delivery contracts fell Rs 11, or 0.2%, to Rs 5,600 per barrel in 11,188 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline to participants offloading holdings in response to weak spot market demand.
