India, Sept. 23 -- Crude oil futures declined Rs 16 to Rs 5,506 per barrel on Tuesday, as participants trimmed positions amid subdued demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, October crude contracts fell 0.29% to Rs 5,506 per barrel in 12,933 lots. Analysts noted that selling pressure due to weak spot demand weighed on prices.
