India, Oct. 20 -- Cottonseed oil cake prices rose Rs 5 to Rs 2,872 per quintal in futures trade on Monday as traders built fresh positions amid strong demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake for December delivery increased by Rs 5, or 0.17%, to Rs 2,872 per quintal, with an open interest of 15,840 lots.
Analysts said higher demand for cattle feed and renewed speculative buying supported the upward movement in prices.
