India, Dec. 15 -- Cottonseed oil cake prices declined in futures trade on Monday as market participants pared positions amid subdued trends in the spot market. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), cottonseed oil cake contracts for January delivery slipped by Rs 6, or 0.20 per cent, to Rs 2,971 per quintal, with open interest at 22,500 lots.
Analysts said selling pressure at prevailing levels, coupled with weak market sentiment, weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
