India, Nov. 12 -- Cosmo First Limited announced that it has entered into an agreement with Filmax Corporation, Korea to establish a 50:50 joint venture in South Korea. The new entity will focus on the distribution, sale, and marketing of flexible packaging and other related products manufactured by both companies.
As per the agreement, Cosmo First and Filmax will each hold an equal stake in the joint venture and nominate two directors each to its board. The collaboration aims to strengthen the companies' market presence and leverage their combined expertise in the global packaging industry.
